Kitoko Designs is an Australian based company and we also post internationally. The cost of postage will be added to your order so please ensure you are aware of this before purchasing. All customers pay using Pay Pal and all prices are in Australian dollars and all prices include GST.  Goods are despatched as soon as payment is received. As each design is individual (unless otherwise requested) they will remain on sale till sold out. All items are included in good faith on the basis that the goods, as described, will be available at the time of sale.

We hope you are satisfied with your order but if you need to exchange anything you must first obtain an authorisation number from returns@kitokodesigns.com.  All products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn to be accepted for exchange. We will happily exchange your item if you need an alternate size. The cost of shipping is paid for by the customer. We will credit your account with the original amount charged, excluding delivery (unless the item is faulty or not as ordered). Exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Please remember to include your name, address, email and phone number.
